1. Applicant must be involved in the Canadian trucking industry for a minimum of one year.
2. All information filled must be accurate to the best of the applicant’s or nominee’s knowledge.
3. Only ONE employee from the company can apply or be nominated.
4. Employee must demonstrate professionalism within company and in community.
5. Extra consideration is given to applicant who demonstrate involvement in extra-curricular, community, or charitable events.

For Driver, Employee and Woman of Influence Awards, MVTN has the right to rescind the Award if:
• Fails to meet eligibility requirements of the specific Award.
• Has been disciplined or suspended from work or has been involved in at-fault accident within the last 2 years.
• Has provided false or misleading information or withheld relevant information in the MVTN Award application.
